1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by ATH-ECS (Athens Executive Chauffeur Service), operating in Athens, Greece. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

ATH-ECS provides premium executive chauffeur services including but not limited to: airport and port transfers, corporate account transportation, event and occasion transfers, VIP transportation, and private tours in and around Athens, Greece.

3. Reservations and Bookings

All reservations must be confirmed by our team prior to the service being provided. A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from ATH-ECS via email or WhatsApp.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, destination addresses, passenger counts, and any special requirements at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed fare. No-shows will be charged the full fare.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Prices may vary based on vehicle type, distance, duration, time of day, and additional services requested. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

6. Client Obligations

Clients are expected to treat ATH-ECS vehicles, equipment, and staff with respect. Any damage caused to our vehicles by clients or their guests will be charged to the client. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all ATH-ECS vehicles.

7. Liability

ATH-ECS holds full commercial liability insurance for all vehicles and operations. We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic congestion, adverse weather, flight delays, or acts of force majeure.

8. Confidentiality

ATH-ECS treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose any details of our clients, their journeys, or their activities to any third party without explicit written consent, except as required by applicable Greek law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
